Molly Behan, Dot Call Center

Molly joined the Sudoc team in 2023, bringing her expertise in Call Center Sales and Customer Relationship Management to help drive the company’s sales growth and customer satisfaction. She’s passionate about creating efficient processes and fostering strong relationships with both clients and team members.
Molly obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is an athlete on the Lehigh Valley Roller Derby team, showcasing her competitive spirit and teamwork. In addition to her professional and athletic pursuits, she enjoys farming chickens and quail with her spouse, embracing a sustainable and hands-on lifestyle. A dual citizen of both Ireland and the United States, Molly values both her heritage and her connection to the global community.
