Alyssa Gilbert, the Managing Director of Strategy & Product Development where she heads product commercialization efforts. Alyssa joined Sudoc because of a belief that the company is tackling the major global endocrine disruption problem of how toxic chemicals are negatively affecting human fertility and disease states. This problem presents both a tremendous business and social impact opportunity.
Alyssa previously worked for a Fortune 75 company, where she was part of a $4 billion division as the Business Strategy Director for the non-sales groups. She was responsible for leading large strategic initiatives training over 2,000 employees to be more efficient, more effective, and make more sophisticated decisions. Previously Alyssa was a Senior Manager in the Corporate Strategy & Research group, where she led teams on cross-functional projects across all areas of the company operations and vision.
Alyssa also has deep financial experience, having completed the CFA program and having worked at a large investment bank and a boutique investment group. Her finance experience includes building and managing financial models, performing due diligence on potential investments, and working on real estate transactions.
Alyssa has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. She completed her undergraduate degree at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Finance and International Business.
In her free time, Alyssa loves to be outdoors, especially in the mountains, and you can frequently find her skiing with her husband, cross-country skiing or running with her dog, water-skiing, chasing after her young son, or hiking with her family. She enjoys reading - particularly books about parenting, nutrition, health, and the environment- and cooking.
